For the last eleven years he is conculting the organizations. During his practise lecturer is successfully created, adapted and implemented over 40 consulting projects for the organizations’ improving: organizational vision, strategic directions of prediction, optimization of management structure, employee pay and promotion systems, customer service standarts in the creation, control, customer satisfaction monitoring projects.
